Model Yard Base does not sell products or process payments through modelyardbase.digital. This page explains how refunds work if you engage us under a separate consulting agreement.

Website purchases

Because this Site has no checkout, there are no website purchase refunds to process.

Consulting engagements

Fees, milestones, and cancellation terms for consulting work are defined in the applicable statement of work or contract. If a refund is due under that agreement, it is issued according to the payment method and timeline stated there.

Unless the contract says otherwise, prepaid discovery fees covering completed work are non-refundable, and unused future milestones may be cancelled with written notice as specified in the agreement.

Desktop utility

The desktop utility is listed via Veve. Any purchase, license, or refund rules for that listing are governed by Veve and the materials accompanying the listing — not by a checkout flow on this Site. Model Yard Base does not host installers here.
