About Model Yard Base

Model Yard Base started from a simple observation: most delivery delays are not language problems. They are tooling problems — fragile pipelines, one-off scripts, and platforms that grew without product ownership.

Based in Taichung, we work with product and platform teams that want clearer automation boundaries, better developer experience, and documentation that survives the next hire. Engagements are scoped to outcomes, not open-ended retainers by default.

How we work

Discovery is short and concrete. We observe real workflows, interview practitioners, and measure cycle time where data already exists. Recommendations arrive as ranked work, not a slide theater of maturity models.

Implementation stays close to your stack. We prefer incremental hardening over wholesale rewrites, and we leave runbooks that your team can maintain without us.

The analytical utility

Alongside consulting, Model Yard Base maintains a desktop application described as a local data tracking and analytical utility. It supports informational record-keeping only. It is not a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform, and it does not process funds or private keys.
